Fish shown are representative of the fish that you will receive. Unless specifically listed as "What You See Is What You Get (WYSIWYG)" or "Exact Fish" you will receive a fish that is similar in size and coloration. ICL Aquatics does not guarantee any specific colors, patterns, or markings on any fish; however, we do our best to accommodate special requests. SHIPPING POLICY and LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE

Live arrival guarantee only applies to Next Day/Overnight shipping.

Fish will be fasted for 48 hours prior to shipment.

Shipping will only take place Monday-Wednesday each week. NO EXCEPTIONS.

A tracking number will be provided as soon as reasonably possible for Next Day/Overnight shipping.

ICL Aquatics will not contact the carrier to place a hold on a shipment for local pick up. It is the buyer's responsibility to make any arrangements with the carrier.

If a delivery is delayed due to issues beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier or weather related delays, the live arrival guarantee does not apply.

Credit for DOAs will be issued in the form of credit towards future fish purchases. Credit is issued for DOA fish only, not for shipping charges. Shipping charges for replacement fish are the responsibility of the buyer.

Live arrival guarantee only applies within the the first hour after the first delivery attempt. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the package and to initiate a DOA claim within this time period.  Once the fish bags are opened, the live arrival guarantee is no longer valid.

Should you have a DOA, please contact us within 1 hour of delivery. All DOA claims require a digital photograph of the fish in the SEALED BAG.
